The Unipol Group is sponsor of “AGAINandAGAINandAGAINand” which, from 23 January to 3 May 2020, will open the 2020 exhibition program in the main space of the Museo d’Arte Moderna di Bologna, the Sala delle Ciminiere.

The main venue will be transformed by the presence of idiosyncratic works by seven of the most renowned contemporary artists: Ed Atkins, Luca Francesconi, Apostolos Georgiou, Ragnar Kjartansson, Susan Philipsz, Cally Spooner and Apichatpong Weerasethakul.

AGAINandAGAINandAGAINand sets out to investigate the theme of the loop, the repetition and the cyclic nature of the contemporary world, analysing it from different angles through the works of artists who have focused on the subject.

The exhibition, curated by Lorenzo Balbi with the assistance of Sabrina Samorì, is one of the main projects of ART CITY Bologna 2020, the institutional program of exhibitions, events and special initiatives promoted by the Municipality of Bologna in collaboration with BolognaFiere for Arte Fiera.

For Unipol, being partner of this important cultural event is part of a sponsoring strategy that considers the promotion of art and culture one of the key objectives of the Group.
