UnipolSai and La Gazzetta dello Sport to celebrate Italian sports champions in the spectacular Gulf of Naples

The ninth Gazzetta Sports Awards will be held on Wednesday, 6 December, the event which, like every year, celebrates the stars of Italian sports. This special edition will award the champions of another incredible season in Italy and beyond, on board the MSC Fantasia cruise ship in the spectacular setting of the Gulf of Naples. The Gazzetta Sports Awards are organised by La Gazzetta dello Sport with the support of CONI, the Italian Paralympic Committee and UnipolSai Assicurazioni, partner of the initiative for the fifth consecutive year.

During the exclusive soirée, the jury of the Gazzetta dello Sport editorial team will award the prestigious prize to the great champions of Italian sports, in the following categories: Men, Women, Coach, Team, Paralympic Athlete, Performance, Exploit of the Year and Legend. The winners of the Exploit of the Year award have already been revealed: Francesco Bagnaia and the Italy Davis Cup Team.  

The Awards Gala will be hosted by presenter Geppi Cucciari and broadcasted on La7 and gazzetta.it on 16 December.
