La grande avventura

The Unipol Group was a sponsor of the photographic exhibition "La Grande Avventura" celebrating 125 Years of the National Geographic Society and 15 years of National Geographic Italia held at Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome from September 2013 to July 2014.

The photographic exhibition traces the history of the explorations promoted by the prestigious organization in the world: the legendary discovery of the lost city of Machu Picchu, Robert Peary's adventurous expedition to the North Pole, the memorable encounters between Jane Goodall and chimpanzees, the extraordinary underwater endeavors of Jacques Cousteau and James Cameron. Joining this initiative was consistent with the Unipol Group's sponsoring strategy, combining cultural commitment and attention to the environment.
